Local content development
Programs
Development, training and mentoring for the Allinqara clothing workshop, led by women textile entrepreneurs.
Training, mentoring and follow-up to standardize hospitality management in the region.
Comprehensive program to strengthen catering businesses, from training to formal qualification.
Financial support for ventures participating in VICUÑA's local supplier development programs.
Start of the Program with Josemaría
The Seed Capital Program was designed, initiated and implemented in its first stages by Josemaría. This initiative is aligned with the company's firm commitment to strengthening the local value chain, supporting companies and suppliers located in the area of direct influence through concrete tools for their development and sustainability.
Transition to Vicuña
During the program evaluation and selection phase, the transition from Josemaría to Vicuña — a new organization that groups together the Josemaría and Filo del Sol projects — took place. This transformation maintained the continuity of the program and reaffirmed the company's social and territorial commitment, strengthening its vision of integrated local development.
Program Objectives
Provide non-refundable financial support to the most outstanding ventures that previously participated in three local supplier development programs in Vicuña. The goal is to enable them to achieve measured, sustainable and scalable growth, in tune with the needs of the local market and Vicuña's value chain.
