At Vicuña we develop and promote programs that promote personal, productive and community development in the territories where we are present. We do this through specific initiatives that address different social and economic challenges, with special focus on the empowerment of women, young people, producers and local entrepreneurs.

Programs to strengthen the economic

Strengthen women-led ventures and contribute to the creation of the first network of women entrepreneurs from Iglesia.

Contribute to the strengthening and visibility of the role of rural women to drive the socioeconomic and environmental changes needed for the sustainable development of communities, through their empowerment and the innovation of their production processes. Support for innovative student initiatives in technical and agro-technical schools.
Contribute to the diversification of the productive matrix by promoting the development of companies based on innovative ideas, through participation in pre-incubation and incubation processes and product testing.
Create a safe and experiential environment to develop children's and teenagers' curiosity and knowledge about STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) through experimentation, play and the arts, promoting awareness of health, physical and emotional safety.

3. Local economy and production sustainable
Strengthening of productive networks, cooperatives,
associations and farmers.
Development of capacities and competencies for the incorporation of best practices that contribute to the long-term sustainability of cooperatives and associative groups of producers.
Provide technical assistance for the development of productive, commercial and institutional capacities and competencies of local cooperatives.
Contribute to the development and productive diversification of the Angualasto District's livestock enterprises in the community of Iglesia, by strengthening their installed capacities, incorporating good livestock practices and acquiring new knowledge and skills.
Technical assistance and activities aimed at the development and prosperity of livestock producers in northern San Juan.
4. Culture, identity
and community
Initiatives that promote access to culture, security
and community empowerment.
Contribute to the enhancement of heritage and cultural manifestations through the training and promotion of local artists. Generate conditions for the conservation, enhancement, knowledge and visibility of the cultural and natural heritage of the area of influence, with positive effects on the tourist offering. At the same time, the program aims to strengthen the knowledge and visibility of the current cultural production of the Iglesia community.
